I choose the gospel song by Shawn Jones and The Believer entitled, I'm Depending on You.  I choose this song because the first time I heard this song, I fell in love with the words of the song.  This is something I teach my children.  If you can't depend on nobody else, you can always depend on Jesus.  He will always be there.

WE # 5 Communication

Communication is very important whether on the job or in school.  Everyone should be able to say what they need to, when they need to, in a positive and efficient manner.  A real downfall for a job or school is the lack of communication or ineffective communication.  Everyone is not born with the ability to be confident, respectful, or direct when needed, but there are ways they can be taught.  I have a problem communicating with my courses.  I feel that all my questions may not make any sense and most of the time I just don’t ask them.  I can admit that I need major improvement in communication.

A twelve-year-old girl posted on Facebook about some faculty member that she really disliked because she felt like she was mean.  Although the girl didn’t use a school computer to post this she was stilled punished and had to write the faculty member a letter of apology. The girls continue to talk about the situation with other boys and school officials demanded her password.  The girls stated that she didn’t want to go back to detention, so she gave up her password.  American Civil Liberties Union stated that the girl constitution rights were violated by the school.  The school district paid $70,000 in settlement to the girl family. 

WE # 4-Teamwork

Teamwork is workers that is cooperative, assertive, and has great customer service attitude.  The workers seek opportunities for continuous learning and display mannerly behavior toward their job.  Being able to get along with others, even people you really don’t like is showing teamwork.  Being able to perform your own job and help other that is struggling to complete theirs.  When it comes to teamwork, I can improve in this area by be willing to help other without them asking for help.  I always watch people struggle and wait on them to ask for help, instead of offering my help when needed. 

WE # 3 Respect

Respecting others is a silent way to express our feeling for them.  Respect can take place in unspoken ways of communication which help build unshaken and strong relations between people respecting each other.  Showing respect to others mean that you have some value for the person, their suggestions or advices is important.  I can improve in this area by just being a little more respectful.  There is no such thing as too much respect.

Steps to take when searching for files:

1.  Click or tap the File Explorer buttton on the taskbar.

2.  Open an Explorer window in the location where you want  search for the files.

3.  Click or tap in the search box.

4.  Type a word or part of a word in the search box.

5.  To clear or close the search, click the Close button.

WE #2 Attendance

Attendance is important on the job and at school.  If a person plan on succeeding on their job and in their academics, they must show up on time and prepared and ready to work. My area improvment is making sure I get there on time.

WE #1-Character

Character is a important work ethic when working with others.  Character define  who you are.  Some good character traits that a person must display are honesty, loyalty, reliability, trustworthy, and self- discipline.
